#1 Leopoldo Gomez (Mexico)

Leopoldo Gomez is a renowned international floristry teacher, based in Mexico City. He focuses on the use of color and emotions in his work. In 2019, he won a gold medal in the floral competition in Huis Ten Bosch (Japan).

 

#2 Katharina Stuart (USA)

Katharina Stuart has no less than 30 years of experience in the floral industry. She has a lively passion for natural materials and puts together the most captivating combinations of flowers that create a perfect union. She took first place at the California State Floral Association’s Top Ten Design Competition in 2005, was the runner up at the SAF Sylvia Cup 2007, won the San Francisco Cup in 2015 and was the winner at the FTD Americas Cup in Philadelphia in 2018. Katharina then proudly represented the United States in the FTD World Cup 2019 in Philadelphia.

Yuji Kobayashi works at the International Hotel (Park Hyatt Tokyo) in Japan and abroad, as supervisor and technical supervisor of flower decorations, events for haute couture brands and decoration for large companies (Chanel, Dior, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Baccarta, Wedgwood…). He is also the founder of Geometric Green. Yulia Medvedyeva has her own atelier Artishok and specialises in wedding work, demonstrations and workshops/courses all over the world. She was Estonian National Champion in 2018. The greatest goal she sees for herelf is to enjoy what she does and to share the enjoyment with other people. She likes to think out of the box and looks on floristics from a different angle. Yulia always finds new ways to combine modern and industrial design with nature’s everlasting beauty. She is also a candidate for the European Championships 2020/2021.
