Blooming spring DIY | Sturdy versus fragile

If you want to create cosiness, warmth and pure beauty with your floral creations, you must certainly try this design by our Belgian [email protected] florist Joris De Kegel. This one is the ultimate arrangement for your spring garden!

What you will need:

Botanicals:

  • Betula, wooden discs of birch in different sizes.
  • Viburnum opulus ‘Roseum’, Snowball
  • Ranunculus, buttercup
  • Phalaenopsis, mix of mini moth orchids

Other materials:

  • Flat head nails
  • White paint
  • Glass vases
  • Rope
  • Drill

The step-by-step techniques:

🌺 Attach the discs to each other with nails so you will get a solid vertical whole.

🌺 Drive the nails in all the way, horizontally, in the middle of the wooden structure.

🌺 Repeat this on the other side.

🌺 Paint a horizontal white line at the height nails, along both sides of the structure.

🌺 Secure the glass vases to the nails with rope.

🌺 Arrange the flowers in the water vials.
