Flower Lover Or Professional? Join The Competitions @ Fleur Floral Fashion
Fantastic news for everyone who loves flower arranging! At this special edition of FLEUR FLORAL FASHION by Fleuramour, we organise two competitions for professional florists and for flower lovers. Even if you are unable to come to Alden Biesen due to travel restrictions, you can participate in the competitions!
There will be two competitions at Fleur Floral Fashion: ‘Bridal bouquet’ for professional florists only and ‘haute couture dress’ for professionals AND flower lovers. Read on and discover how to participate.
For professionals: Bridal Bouquet With an Artistic Touch
At an event where passion for flowers is key, bridal bouquets cannot be missing! Are you a professional florist and would you like to show your skills at this wonderful event? Then you should definitely participate in this competition!
Instructions for the bridal bouquet:
? For this special edition of FLEUR FLORAL FASHION by Fleuramour with the theme ‘A Castle Deserves Art’, we expect the realisation of a bridal bouquet with an artistic touch.
? Your bridal bouquet is inspired by an art mouvement or a particular artist of your choice. You provide a beautiful picture or a moodboard of your inspiration to present with the bouquet.
? For the bridal bouquet, use Oasis® floral foam as a basis. Make sure that your creation suits your bride and is also wearable. The bouquet must be perfectly finished.

For professionals AND flower lovers: Haute Couture Dress
Fleur Floral Fashion also means an interest in floral design and fashion. Do you have a great idea for a fantastic, festive, artistic floral dress? Let your imagination run wild and create your own floral haute couture dress!
This competition is open to professional florists, but enthusiasts are also welcome to participate. There will be a different jury for professionals and flower lovers.
Instructions for the haute couture dress:
? For this special edition of FLEUR FLORAL FASHION by Fleuramour we expect a festive dress that fits nicely with the theme ‘A Castle Deserves Art’ . So it has to be a dress with an artistic touch!
? The dress does not have to be wearable. You choose what kind of dress you make: historical, current or futuristic.
? You are responsible for the presentation of your dress. So bring a mannequin or (homemade) holder to the event to present your dress on it.
? Be sure to bring a photo or mood board of your source of inspiration. This way we can better understand your work.

Practical information: Exhibition at Fleur Floral Fashion
If you participate in one of the contests, your work (bouquet or dress) will be exhibited at Fleur Floral Fashion.
The organisation expects to receive the finished floral design no later than Wednesday 22/09/2021 at 21h in Alden Biesen. The award ceremony will take place on Thursday 23/09/2021 at 17h00. All pieces will remain on site until Monday 27/09/2021 at 6 pm. Afterwards, you must take your work home with you.

Are you unable to come to Alden Biesen due to travel restrictions? Even then you can participate in the competitions at Fleur Floral Fashion!
Send a beautiful, clear, high-resolution photo of your artistic bouquet or dress to the editor-in-chief of Fleur Créatif Magazine:

The photos of your floral design will be projected in the castle of Alden Biesen.
